• Account data: email address and password (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — we never store your plaintext password).
• Brand Kit data: social media handle, footer text, accent color, and logo image you optionally upload.
• Creative inputs: headlines, sub-headlines, image descriptions, and modifier preferences you enter when generating graphics.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and generation/render requests.
• Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
• Cookies & local storage: session tokens for authentication and preference persistence.

2.3 Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. Your credit card statement may show charges from SELFX, LLC.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To generate AI-powered marketing graphics based on your inputs.
• To process credit pack purchases and maintain your credit balance.
• To store your generated images in secure cloud storage so you can access, download, and manage them.
• To maintain and improve the Service, diagnose technical problems, and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and service updates.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with trusted third parties solely to operate and improve the Service:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Receives billing information you provide at checkout.
• OpenAI / Google / Abacus.AI — AI image generation engines. Receive your text prompts and image descriptions to produce graphics. These providers process data under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure and image storage.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by reputable cloud infrastructure providers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• One-way password hashing (bcrypt).
• Access controls limiting employee and system access to personal data.
• Secure cloud storage for generated images with access-controlled URLs.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information and generated images within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
